Once a man is sexually aroused, he just can't stop.

Rape is caused by lust or uncontrollable sexual urges and the need for sexual gratification.

Men cannot be sexually assaulted.

Women often lie about rape or falsely accuse someone of rape.

Women sometimes provoke sexual assault by the way they dress or act. Sexual attraction is a primary reason why a rapist selects a victim.

If a woman really did not want to be raped she could fight off her attacker.

Most perpetrators are strangers to their victims.

If the victim hadn't been drinking, the assault wouldn't have happened.
